Illustration has always been a passion and hobby. When I have the opportunity to engage with freelance clients, or to produce prints for my Etsy shop, I jump at the chance.
Children’s Book
I was approached to illustrate a children’s book - I was given the theme and the narration, but I was tasked with creating who the characters were from a visual perspective. I worked from photographs, but mostly spoke with the author about who they were and who she wanted them to represent. We went through many iterations before each one was finalized.
Digital Prints
I have always had an interest to create freestyle prints. I created this collection based off of the four regions of the mainland United States. These are inspired by the local nature for shapes as well as the color palettes.
